Vidorena video agent and scheduler
Turning an AI video generator into an agent-driven studio, now the core of an AI marketing workspace.

Overview
Video creation is a heavy lift, and the first wave of AI video tools did not really fix that. They moved the work from editing to endless prompt writing. Vidorena's second chapter is a production studio run by specialised agents, built to scale from a quick viral short to a fully automated series to a ten-minute long-form piece. Since then the product has grown into an AI workspace for content, customers and growth, where the studio sits alongside social campaigns, a shared comments inbox, lead capture, SEO and print.
The problem
Users had prompt fatigue. Analysing frames, rewriting prompts and keeping scenes visually consistent was enough cognitive load that people dropped out of long-form creation. We also learned that creators work at three speeds: sprints for viral shorts, deep dives for long-form storytelling, and marathons for scheduled content over months.
What we did
We moved the user from prompter to director. Fine-tuned agents for UGC, cinematic and product work take on the prompt engineering in the background, so directing even a ten-minute video feels light.
What I designed
- Director modeA split view where the user talks naturally to an agent on one side while a scene breakdown and a familiar timeline build up on the other.
- Scheduling hubA calendar-first surface for generating whole campaigns, dragging topics around, setting auto-publish rules and seeing the pipeline weeks ahead.
- Flow studioA node-based canvas for power users to wire inputs, models, effects and outputs into custom generative workflows.
- Three speedsDedicated flows for shorts, long-form and series, so each kind of creator gets a path sized to their effort.
